Ms. Tay is an analyst at Ti Investment Holdings. She works with the team to analyze deals and perform due diligence on potential investee companies through qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
Ms. Tay’s prior experience include academic research having served as a research assistant to an Associate Professor at the Singapore Management University. During her stint she researched into creative industries and their development, exploring areas such virtual worlds and game development.
Previously, Ms. Tay interned at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), a statutory board of the Singapore Government, in the Strategic Planning department under the Human Resource (HR) division. During her internship, she initiated and created a MS Excel budget model that replaced the department’s original manual system of budget allocation and budget record maintenance. Ms. Tay was also involved in CAAS’ change management program during its corporatization exercise, working closely with the appointed HR consultancy firm to gather and collate employee feedback towards the exercise.
Ms. Tay was placed on the Dean’s List of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at the Singapore Management University for two years for outstanding academic achievement.
